Transfer of membership and cancellation

In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your membership, please notify us in writing within 14 days from the commencement of your membership to receive a full refund.

If you would like to transfer your membership to a different person within your organisation for whatever reason please contact us and we will arrange this. Please note that we will make one transfer per year free of charge and thereafter an admin fee of £49 + VAT will apply per individual transferred.
